Upon choosing our service, we will install what's called an "agent" onto the desired device you want covered with Aztech Premium. With this agent, Aztech can monitor the health and speed of the client PC as well as remote in when the customer requests it to assist with any issues the PC's user might have.. and we mean any issues!
The agent helps us send monthly reports of the computers health and performance and also regularly backs up the PC to our database offsite so if you were to ever have a disaster your Documents, Photos, Programs etc are safe. The agent also comes with Virus Protection, Web Protection, Scam Protection etc.

If during your time with Aztech Premium you purchase a new PC to replace your old one we can roll over the Aztech Premium with no hassle. Simple!
